EyeCareAngel Account Cancellation Notice
An EyeCareAngel account refers to the account you use to log in, use, and access EyeCareAngel products and
services.
Before you apply to cancel your EyeCareAngel account, please read, understand, and agree to the "EyeCareAngel
Account
Cancellation Notice" (hereinafter referred to as "Cancellation Notice").
1. You need to be aware of the following impacts of account cancellation:
- (1)Once an EyeCareAngel account is cancelled, you will no longer be able to log in, use, or continue to use
EyeCareAngel products and services with that account;

(2)Once an EyeCareAngel account is cancelled, all content, information, data, and records accessed or
used through that
account in EyeCareAngel products and services will be deleted or anonymized. You will not be able to
retrieve, access,
continue to use, or recover these, nor will you have the right to request us to recover them (except as
otherwise
provided by laws or required by regulatory authorities), including:
- - Personal profile information (e.g., avatar, name) and binding information (e.g., bound phone
number);
- - Your personal information associated with that account (you also lose the user rights stipulated
in the "Privacy
Policy," except as otherwise provided by laws);
- - All content posted by that account;
- - All other content, information, data, and records.

(3)Your application to cancel the account indicates that you agree to forfeit any rights and anticipated
benefits
associated with the account during its use period. Once an EyeCareAngel account is cancelled, we will
clear all rights
associated with the account, including:
- - Unused training courses;
- - Other accrued but unconsumed rights or anticipated future benefits.
- (4)Once an EyeCareAngel account is cancelled, it cannot be restored (you will not be able to use the account
to log into
EyeCareAngel products, nor recover any content or information generated during the account's use).
Therefore, we kindly
remind you to back up any content you deem necessary before applying for cancellation.
- (5)Once an EyeCareAngel account is cancelled, any related user agreements and other rights and obligations
documents you
signed with us will also terminate (except for those we have agreed to continue to be effective or as
otherwise provided
by laws);
- (6)Other results arising from the cancellation of the EyeCareAngel account.
2. Before you apply to us to cancel your EyeCareAngel account or during the cancellation process, to ensure the
security
of your account and your property rights, please first check and ensure that the EyeCareAngel account you are
applying
to cancel simultaneously meets the following criteria:
- (1)The account was registered by you through our official channels.
- (2)The account complies with the "User Service Agreement" and related platform specifications, is in normal
use, and
has no risk of being stolen.
- (3)The account has no disputes, including complaints or accusations.
3. How to cancel an account?
- (1)Open the EyeCareAngel app - click on "My" - click on "Privacy Policy" - click the text link "click here"
and follow
the cancellation process. Before you cancel the account, we will verify your identity via a verification
code sent by
SMS.
- (2)Follow the cancellation process, once you click the "Confirm Cancellation" button, the account will be
permanently
cancelled.
For any unaddressed issues, please refer to the EyeCareAngel "User Service Agreement," "Privacy Policy," and
other
platform rules and explanations provided during the cancellation process. Additionally, you acknowledge and
agree: even
if your EyeCareAngel account is cancelled, it does not reduce or waive any liabilities you may need to assume
according
to relevant laws, agreements, or rules.

contact customer service for assistance.
