EyeCareAngel (hereinafter referred to as "we") recognizes the importance of personal information (the contents included in "personal information" or "sensitive personal information" in this policy are based on GB/T35273 "Personal Information Security Specification") to you and appreciates your trust in us. We will take corresponding security measures as required by laws and regulations to strive to protect the security of your personal information. Based on this, Guanglang (Hainan) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guanglang"), the provider of the "EyeCareAngel" platform products and services, has formulated this "Privacy Policy". This policy mainly explains what information we collect, how we use the collected information, the rights you enjoy, and declares our commitment to protecting personal privacy. We may update or modify this policy in the future based on changes in information processing scenarios. Please be aware of this policy and any supplementary policies before using any services offered by EyeCareAngel.
We attach great importance to the protection of your dependents' personal information. In this privacy policy, we have specifically formulated a Children's Privacy Policy for your dependents under the age of fourteen. Please pay special attention. Unless specifically stated otherwise, "you" refers to the legal guardians of users under the age of 14 or users who are 14 years of age or older.
This policy applies to "EyeCareAngel" products and services (including but not limited to: EyeCareAngel website www.huyantianshi.cn, EyeCareAngel app, EyeCareAngel mall mini program, EyeCareAngel alliance mini program, etc.).

This Privacy Policy will help you understand the following:

If you wish to register as a user of EyeCareAngel, you need to provide your name, gender, date of birth, mobile number, medical records, and other basic registration information, create an "EyeCareAngel" platform account, and use account verification code for login.
(2) To provide products or services
（a）User Experience Improvement Program
When you use "EyeCareAngel" services, to ensure your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of our services, improve and optimize our service experience, and ensure your account security, we collect data on your device type and other information generated during your use of EyeCareAngel. This information is necessary for providing our services. With subsequent versions of Guanglang's products, the scope of our statistics may change. Your action of downloading/installing/using our later versions of products will be seen as your consent to relevant changes at that time.
(b) Marketing Activities
When you choose to participate in our marketing activities, personal information that you provide may be used based on the needs of the activity. This information may include sensitive personal information necessary for you to receive gifts/commodities. If you refuse to provide this information, we may not be able to deliver the gifts/commodities to you.
(c) Customer Service and After-Sales
Our customer service and after-sales functions will use your account information to provide consultation services.
When you contact us, we may save your communication or call records and content or your contact information to help solve your issues, or record related problem solutions and outcomes. Our customer service will use your account information to verify your identity. You might provide additional information during communications with our customer service staff.
(d) Basic Business Functions and Additional Business Functions
Basic Business Functions:
Registration/Login: You need to register and log in to use EyeCareAngel features. When registering an EyeCareAngel account, you need to provide your name, gender, date of birth, glasses prescription, height, location, profession, mobile number, and medical records. We create different training programs based on users' age and medical history; you log in using your account verification code.
Vision Training: In vision training, we may need to collect some training-related information, which mainly includes clicks, errors reported, training times, and conditions, information generated during your training. We use your training-related information to provide you with service-related content and continuously optimize functionalities.
Additional Business Functions:
Use of the Scan function to scan for myopia treatment devices requires access to your camera and Bluetooth permissions; connecting to the "Tong Xiao Ai" amblyopia smart eye mask requires Bluetooth permission.
Viewing and Editing Personal Profiles: You can choose whether to complete personal information on EyeCareAngel, and you can modify your name, gender, date of birth, glasses prescription, height, location, and profession on your own. Your personal information will be displayed in some interactive scenes, such as leaderboards.
Purchasing Goods: When you purchase goods in the EyeCareAngel mall mini program, you need to use postal services, and you must provide the recipient's name, mobile number, and address to ensure that your order is delivered safely and accurately. If you do not provide this information, we will not be able to mail the purchased goods to you.
(3) To Provide Security Protection
Your network identity information helps maintain the normal use and security of the software. To provide you with security protection, such as against Trojan viruses, we will obtain the above information.
We will ask for your permission through pop-up windows to access the relevant permissions. Only after you choose to agree will we activate these permissions and accept your personal information.
We collect and record your commonly used device information according to the specific permissions you grant during software installation and use: operating system version, device identifiers (AndroidID/IMEI/OAID/IMSI/IDFA), and device location-related information (IP address).
Anonymization of Personal Information: After collecting your personal information, we will promptly anonymize the data using technical methods. We store anonymized data separately from information that can be used to re-identify individuals and ensure that individuals are not re-identified in subsequent personal information processing. Without disclosing your personal information, Guanglang has the right to mine, analyze, and utilize (including for commercial use) the anonymized user database.
If we use your personal information for purposes not specified in this policy, for a different scope, or in a way that is inconsistent with the data collection, we will notify you and obtain your consent.

Our websites may also include some electronic images (known as "web beacons" or "single-pixel GIFs") that help the website to count users who have visited those pages or accessed certain cookies. We collect your browsing activities on web pages through web beacons (the address of the pages you visit, the location of the previous webpage you visited, your browsing environment, and display settings).

Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take active measures to ensure the security of your personal information, including but not limited to using complex passwords, regularly changing passwords, and not disclosing your account verification codes and other personal information to others. If you cannot access, correct, or delete your personal information through the above methods, or if you need to access, correct, or delete other personal information generated while using our products and/or services, or if you believe Guanglang has violated laws and regulations or agreements regarding the collection or use of your personal information, you can contact us using the methods provided at the end of this agreement. For security reasons, we may require you to provide a written request or otherwise verify your identity. We will respond to your request within 15 days of receiving your feedback and verifying your identity. We generally do not charge a fee for reasonable requests, but for requests that are repetitive, exceed reasonable limits, we may charge a cost fee depending on the circumstances. We may refuse requests that are groundless, require excessive technical efforts, jeopardize the rights of others, or are extremely impractical. Under the following conditions, as required by law, we may not be able to respond to your requests:

We take the protection of minors' personal information very seriously. In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, if you are a minor under 18 years old, you must obtain written consent from your parents or legal guardians before using EyeCareAngel services and carefully read this "Privacy Policy". If you are a guardian of a minor, and have questions regarding the personal information of the minor you are responsible for, you should contact us using the contact details provided at the end of this document.
Specifically, if you are a child under the age of 14, we have also established a Children's Privacy Policy for you. Children and their guardians should carefully read the "Children's Privacy Policy" specifically formulated by EyeCareAngel before using the services for children under 14 years of age. Children under the age of 14 can use EyeCareAngel services only after obtaining consent from their guardians regarding the "Children's Privacy Policy". We will remind users at login whether they are under 14 years old and whether a guardian is accompanying them; users can continue to log in and use the service only after confirming.
（2）How We Handle Children's Personal Information
For situations where children's personal information is collected with parental consent, we will only use or disclose this information as legally permitted, with clear consent from parents or guardians, or when necessary to protect the children. If we discover that we have collected children's personal information without verifiable consent from the parents, we will endeavor to delete the relevant data as soon as possible.
The personal information we collect and generate within the People's Republic of China in the course of our operations is stored within China. We will not transfer your personal information overseas.

This policy is an integral part of the "User Service Agreement" and "Children's Privacy Policy". We reserve the right to update or modify this policy from time to time. If the "EyeCareAngel" platform ceases operations, we will promptly stop collecting personal information, notify you of the cessation through notice delivery or website announcements, and delete or anonymize your personal information.
The user agreement and your relationship with Guanglang are governed by the laws of Mainland China, excluding its conflict of law provisions. You and Guanglang agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Guanglang's place of business for dispute resolution.
